Aurorae is an American indie post metal band formed in 2015. Hailing from Tampa, FL, the group began as a two-piece with brothers Justin Medlen on guitars and Jordan Medlen on bass, who recorded and self-released their Eos EP together while drawing on influences of jazz, grindcore, black metal, new wave alternative, punk and other styles of music. Following its release, Aurorae recruited several new members and began performing live shows and are always writing new music.
